Refund & Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE:
To exchange your product, you'll have to ship it back to us, on your expense.
Once received by us in its Original & Clean condition, we will re-ship your new parcel.
This will have a COD Charge of PKR 250.

REFUND:
If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you'll have to ship it back to us, on your expense.
Once received by us in its Original & Clean condition, we will refund you your amount in your desired bank account. However, PKR 250 will be deducted for prior logistics.

All policies are valid for 7 days after the parcel is delivered to you:
Return Receipt by courier company must be shared on WhatsApp within 7 days of parcel being delivered to you, otherwise the parcel will not be exchanged or refunded.

EXCEPTIONS:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on merely due to few loose threads or slight variation in color.
No returns/exchanges on Headwear, Dri-Fit items & Mystery Box.
